You agree not to use Lexicon to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Record or upload content that is:
  • Hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory.
  • Threatening, inciting violence, or abusive.
  • Harassing, bullying, or invasive of others' privacy.
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploiting minors.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt:
  • Servers, networks, infrastructure.
  • Other users' access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract data or model outputs, except as allowed by law.
• Use Lexicon outputs to:
  • Generate spam, scams, or misleading content.
  • Deepfake or impersonate real individuals without consent.
• Use automated systems or bots to create accounts or abuse free tiers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report illegal activity to authorities.
